Katy Perry at the 28th Annual MTV VMAs

I'm not really a fan of Katy Perry's outfit at the 28th Annual MTV VMAs held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. Katy has a pink hair to pair with this teal-colored outfit and a little Asian umbrella. She's also with her hubby Russell Brand which really does nothing to make her look good... but the pair of shoes she's rocking in here is lovely.
