Miley Cyrus performed at the 'Today Show' in New York rocking some fit ripped jeans, a jacket on top of her tank top , sneakers and a whole lot of teen blings. Cool or not? Miley also did a Millions of Milkshakes promo visit and this time she's rocking a comfy short jean shorts and still wearing lots of teen blings.
