‘Gossip Girl’ regular Taylor Momsen attended Teen Vogue Fashion’s Night Out Fashion Show in New York. Taylor got what she wanted… attention and quite a lot of people raising their eyebrows at her outfit. That’s no outfit for a sixteen year old… she looks like a Courtney Love wannabe.
