Miley Cyrus candids while out in Toluca Lake. Miley is looking like a rock chick, wearing t-shirt, jean shorts and lace, lots of accessories, and letting her hair down like a hippie. She's also rocking an oversized sunglasses and a cool yellow boots. I like Miley rocking some boots.
