Leighton attends the 2011 People's Choice Awards at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles rocking a grey Vionnet outfit with a floral embroidered print. Leighton also wore a lavender Brian Atwood heels and an orange Cathy Waterman earrings. She appeared onstage with her 'The Roommate co-star Minka Kelly.
