exhibition at Victoria & Albert Museum in London, England.
Diana was wearing a gorgeous black short-sleeved plunging
neckline gown with a blue bow detail by Johanna Ortiz.
And yup, there was a wardrobe malfunction that happened
there and from the looks of it Dianna was not
even aware of the nip slip happening.
She's also wearing two fabulous multi-colored
Annina Vogel necklaces.
